My pole dancing wish list

Happy New Year fellow addicts of pole dancing!
I want to share a resolution with you... to get back to what I LOVE. And to be clear I will share a bit of what that means to me.

My pole dancing wish list:

I want to be fearless.
Taking on new moves without reservation that I will fall or fear of the pain of fresh skin being bruised or burned.

I want the time to learn the grace and form that makes one dance transition into the next.

I want to move through an entire hour of instruction before I stop and realize that I am covered in sweat.

I want the experience to feel that it is a workout.

I want to look at the women (or men) around me and see their encouraging smile.

I want to have my fellow students teach me what they have learned and critique me to help me learn.

I want to be fit enough, and strong enough to challenge myself with lots of new techniques.

I want to keep learning and keep experimenting and creating new moves.

I want to perform in front of an audience and perform with my friends.

I want to experience pole dancing without fear of not performing up to a standard, but to move in a way that feels good to me.

I want to love the music and loose myself in it.

I will find this again. I hope you all find what it is that makes you feel right this year!
